Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Silfra garment - but if something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it.

Return window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

How to return:
Email us at silfra@silfrastudios.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This may take 3-7 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, let us know in your return email. We’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
