Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Silfra garment - but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This window includes weekends and public holidays. To exercise this right, you can submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at silfra@silfrastudios.com with your order number.
Once you've exercised your right of withdrawal, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
Return window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
How to return Email us at silfra@silfrastudios.com with your order number and reason for return, or submit a request through your customer account. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. This may take 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange for a different size or item, let us know in your return email. We'll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
